Meet Lissa Robinovitz, SPHR

Founder & President, Lissa Robinovitz, is an innovative business leader, respected for depth and breadth of expertise, and known for quality, integrity, and results.  She is adept at understanding customer and business requirements, establishing strong working relationships, and partnering to provide practical solutions that move organizations forward to achieve results.

Ms. Robinovitz has over 25 years of experience in business and human resources, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and in Adult Mental Health First Aid. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovative Practices.

A life-long learner, raised in a family business, Ms. Robinovitz developed an intentionally-diverse career path, working in a wide array of industries and functional areas. She launched LR Business Solutions in response to requests to leverage her unique expertise in overcoming challenges, exploiting opportunities, and developing practical solutions that achieve results.

Clients benefit from a strategic, business-focused, approach to human resources and crisis and pandemic planning and response. Listening to understand organizational needs is the foundation upon which practical, cost-effective, strategies are built and results achieved.

Ms. Robinovitz is also a dedicated volunteer:
